Can CBD Oil Make You Sleepy?

It’s a new world for Australia’s workforce as cannabis medications are being increasingly prescribed for a number of different indications, and replacing a lot of other drugs like benzodiazepines and opioids. A lot of drug test are looking for traces of THC, but that doesn’t mean all drug tests are created equally. In theory, that means that you can test positive on a drug test, even if you are only using CBD oil for its therapeutic benefits like pain relief or management. They both contain common cannabis compounds and terpenes, including CBD and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). However, it is very rare that CBD products are genuinely ‘THC free’ or ‘zero THC’.

Over the years, marijuana farmers have selectively bred their plants to contain high levels of THC and other compounds that interested them, often because the CBD oil compounds produced a smell or had another effect on the plant’s flowers. In rats with drug addiction CBD oil has been shown to be able to tweak circuits in the brain to reduce drug dependency and drug-seeking behavior. In fact, a study published in Rheumatology by Dr. David Blake of the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, has showcased cannabis’ direct role in the therapeutic treatment of chronic pain brought on by RA-induced joint inflammation.

A discussion on the benefits of CBD oil, however, wouldn’t be complete without highlighting the potential adverse health effects as well. Rub CBD oil on the desired area first, using enough to wet the skin without becoming excessively oily. The second number, called diastolic blood pressure, is the pressure when the heart relaxes and fills with blood. Don’t stress too much, as it is pretty easy to verify it after the urine test, so the worst thing you will have to do is a lot of explaining that no, you don’t actually smoke marijuana – you just use CBD oil.

Prior to recent changes in legislation that allow for the sale of medical cannabis in a majority of U.S. states, it was difficult, if not impossible to legally conduct research into the potential positives effects of taking CBD oil. However, there is one crucial difference: while hemp oil is made from the seeds, CBD oil is made using other parts of the hemp plant, such as stalks, flowers, and leaves. Hemp seed oil and CBD oil both have their benefits, but there are important differences between them.

There are numerous cannabinoids on the cannabis plant, but the most well-known are CBD and THC. People have used CBD for thousands of years to treat various types of pain, but the medical community have only recently begun to study it again. Different cannabinoids possess different properties which affect the body in their own unique way. The CBD industry is expected to reach $20 billion by 2020 That kind of money could attract companies that care more about profits than making great products.
